Why nature’s uniformity?
Why the past like yet to be?
Why non-conventional laws?
Why reasoned, careful thoughts?
Why property, rights, honesty?
Why personal identity?
Because creation shows His government
of earth, wind, water, fire servants.
All bow and obey in expected manner
laws decreed not belonging to matter.
His wise design of human minds
defies research, insults the blind,
mirrors God’s inter-personal capacity.
Calling us to live for more than vanity.
Why injustice, abuse, cruelty?
Why contradiction, incongruity?
Why pain, turmoil, anguish?
Why do we humans languish?
What is so good about good health
if it ultimately ends in our death.
Because there is in us ingrained failure
to do God’s will – a depraved nature.
This stems from our first parent’s sin,
since the human family’s one with him.
God’s wrath burns against injustice,
takes sinners lower than the dust is.
No way to escape the eternal sentence
but now in time through repentance.
Why a cause worth fighting for?
Why peace and war?
Why good news, hope, glory?
Why a good ending story?
Why sacrifice, altruism?
Why thankless heroism?
Because we were meant for something more,
the greatest good God has kept in store.
But a good God is not deduced from suffering,
except as it came upon His Son for sin.
He’s the only good Person bad things happened to.
Nothing you do could ever save you.
Repent of your blind athiestic blasphemy,
believe in Christ, and receive His mercy!
